MISANO ADRIATICO – Jorge Martin takes pole position from San Marino Grand Prixtwelfth round of the World Championship MotoGP. The Ducati Pramac Spaniard broke the previous record, stopping the clock in 1:30.390. Behind him the effort of Francesco Bagnaia, who despite the pain in his leg managed to conquer the front row and ended up in third place, 436 thousandths behind Martin; here in front of Pecco Marco Bezzecchi, another man injured after the Barcelona round. The second row is all Spanish, with Dani Pedrosa in fifth, sandwiched between the Aprilias of Maverick Vinales and Aleix Espargaro. Marc Marquez is ninth, while another very complicated weekend awaits Fabio Quartararo, who finishes thirteenth after failing to get through the first qualifying session. The sprint appointment is at 3:00 p.m.
