It took place last week in Barbera Padel Inside of Barcelona the fourth edition of the Legends Trophy, where many former football stars who have become big padel fans took to the pitch. Twenty couples and forty players met after the first date in the Catalan city for the second event of the year Padel Club Tolcinasco Last June. The pairs were divided into five groups of four teams each before going into the direct elimination phase. The “Italians” played the lion’s share, since of the five best-placed pairs, four played in Serie A: the victory ofEngel&Völkers Legends Trophy in Barcelona It went to the couple who sat down together Vincent Candela and Tomas Locatelli, who defeated the pair Stefano Fiore and Stefano Torrisi 9:4 in the final. On the bottom step of the podium were Xabi Prieto and Iñaki Alaba, who won the Tolcinasco tournament. Luca Toni-Luca Ceccarelli took fourth place, while the duo finished in fifth place Dario Marcolin and Alessandro Budel.

The Legends Trophy has seen many former footballers on the pitch, meeting at padel courts around the world to have fun and remember the years together on the green rectangle.
